Change in scheduling!!!  We will be holding Open Gym on Thursday, July 4th from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.  We will have a workout posted to challenge you.

Also, the Olympic lifting clinic is Saturday and Sunday. The class schedule is 8:00 a.m. class, only, on Saturday.  Sunday’s Open Gym is for 1 hour only.  Please, make a note of the change.
