Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movements to match your current fitness level.  One time through this chipper, that on its own doesn't pose that much of a challenge, but the overhead walks are going to be the limiter.  Get the bar from the ground to overhead, choose between a snatch grip or a clean grip, stay tight through the middle and walk 30m there and back. Also, keep your shoulders active and keep pressing up. Fight to keep from putting the bar down before you reach the prescribed distance.
