In teams of 2, perform the following:
100 GHD Sit Ups
* One person works, while the other holds a forearm plank.

400m Run
AMRAP of:
20 Double Unders
5 Burpee Pull Ups
One person runs, while the other does as many rounds as possible of the Double Unders and Burpee Pull Ups.

7,000 lbs. of Back Squats
* Between the both partners, choose a load and rep count that will get you a minimum of 7,000 lbs.
Example: Male does 205# X 20 = 4100# + Female does 125# X 25 = 3125 This team lifted 7225#
Post time, rounds completed, loads used Back Squats.
