Coaching Tips:  Your effort during the med ball clean and burpee couplet should be as fast as possible, while not breaking your reps up at all. The main focus here, is to run as fast as you can while fatigued.  Use the rest periods to fully recover for your effort.  For the second workout, you'll have 3 attempts to get as many pull ups as possible.
