"CrossFit Total"
Back Squat 1,1,1
Press 1,1,1
Deadlift 1,1,1
Post total loads.
Coaching Tips: You get three attempts to get your 1RM of each of the three lifts, warm ups are not included. Try and go in the order that the lifts are listed. If you fail at a certain load, you will not be able to go down in weight. Choose your weights wisely. Remember, warm up properly prior to max load lift attempts.
