Partition out the workload as you'd like. There can only be one bar between the 2 partners.

Coaching Tips: Scale load and movements to match your current fitness level. There are modifications for the rope climbs, so you can still participate in the workout even if you've never gotten up the rope. Please, wear appropriate clothing for climbing the rope. Long pants, knee socks and older pairs of shoes are a good idea to wear. Rope burns are not attractive.
