Modified, schmodified… I had to row 2000m twice, CTB pull-ups, and I’ll take the modified on the damn squats since I have to hang on to the sissy bar.
I’d rather be modified than a cherry picker! ha ha Which is what I’m doing today. Too much sewing to do. I will bring samples shirts for the regionals tomorrow. Great job everybody! 😀

After completing another workout sandwich with mile bread, I have to admit, running isn’t THAT bad. Every time I run that mile, it feels a little bit better.
