Coaching Tips: Scale load and movements to match your current fitness level.  Unbroken means, if you miss an attempt at a D/U, you must start all over again. Substitute 150 single J/R for the D/U. Unbroken still applies to single attempts. For the second triplet, try not to put the bar down during the 12 reps.

Class Schedule Changes

We will hold the Level II classes during the regularly scheduled L1 classes from now on. Those that are Level II athletes can do either workout (L1 or L2) on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays only. There will not be a Level II class as earlier posted. No more Level II classes at 11:00 a.m. This new schedule has been widely greeted with positive input.  The L2 classes will still give athletes plenty of opportunity to practice Olympic lifts. 

If you don't already know her, this is Kim Dibble.  She is the most determined (and stubborn) "Double Underer" I  know.  Let's see how you do with this one Kim.
