Coaching Tips: Scale load and movements to match current fitness level. Only count consecutive double unders. Take as many attempts to find that max reps of unbroken double unders. Unbroken shoulder press is defined as not letting the bar stop moving up or down. Keep a steady pace as there is only a 3 minute time limit. Do not put the bar back in the rack until you have reached failure in the movement. This standard also applies to the push press and the push jerk.
