Coaching Tips: For this workout, it's going to be tough to figure out if it will be "Chelsea" where you'll be able to rest or during the run. During "Chelsea," if it takes you 30 seconds to complete the triplet, than you'll get 30 seconds of rest before you begin your next set. You'll start every round on the minute, so when you return from the run, check the clock to see when you started the round. You can rest for however long you wish to rest when you get back from the run, but you will keep that resting time as your over all time. So try not to rest too long. If you cannot keep pace with the clock, complete the 10 rounds, then the 5 rounds, at your own pace. This workout should take less than 40 minutes to complete.
