FYI to ALL Crossfit Family,
The Zone/Nutrition class is one that all would enjoy. It should really be called ‘Eating Clean For Body Performance’, as it reminded me of some very much need back to basics. Useful information (researched) and the food served by Caren and Lisa was AMAZING!!!
