50 Deadlifts 275#/185#

75 GHD Sit Ups

Max reps Overhead Squats with Slosh Pipe in remaining time.

Rest 5 min.

4 X 400M Sprints with 1 min rest in between efforts.

Post overhead squat reps and fastest split time.

Vanquish Warm Up

EMOM for 20 min 1 rep Clean and Jerk, working on technique

Weighted Strict Pullups 5,5,5,5

Glute-ham Raises 3 x 10

Post loads.
