CrossFit East County is closed today, as we are hosting Proving Ground’s 2014 Reindeer Games.  Please, come out and cheer our athletes as they compete in 2 person teams in three different divisions.  There will be be food vendors, clothing vendors and all around good times to be had.  Cheer for CFEC athletes Emily, Milly, Briley, Claudia, Teshina, Carrie M., Carolyn, Candace, Heather R.,  Brian K., Joey, Jake, Kenny, Brent, Sean, Chad, Bear, Brad, Jimmy, Zach and Tyler.  They are also hosting a toy drive for Toys For Tots.  Please, bring an unwrapped toy as a donation to make sure some kids get to enjoy the spirit of Christmas this holiday season.
