Coaching Tips:  Classic chipper workout.  Squat jumps are done with a standard 45# Olympic bar behind your neck and get into a full squat with a 6" jump at full extension.  This workout should not take any longer than 22 to 28 minutes.  Keep moving and try to take as short a rest as possible while moving through the workout.
