Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movements to match your current fitness level.  Both of these workouts have a large work load that will challenge you as an athlete to get as much work done with minimum rest.  The kettlebells are light enough that they can be done in a straight set if you're capable of doing them that way.  Just chip away at the work and you'll be done before you know it.
