The gym is closed this weekend, as CrossFit HQ is having its L1 cert at CFEC. The classes will be replaced by a kickball tournament at Hillside Rec Center, just off Fletcher Parkway at 8:30 a.m.

* Each person does 5 rounds of each movement.

P1  120′ Sled Push   90#
P2 10 Burpees
* Each person does 4 rounds of each movement.

800m Med Ball Run  20#/14#
* Team runs together, while one person carries Med Ball.
