200’ DB Walking Lunge 1×35/25# (L2: 50/35#) (Each)
100 Push Jerks
100 Pull-ups
200’  Broad Jump (Each)
-Complete In Order but Each 100 Rep set can be done combined( I.e.: 10 Rounds of 10 front squats/10 burpees)
-Each 200’ Set must be Completed before moving on to next set
-Each Person will do 200’ of each movement
-One person Works at a time, Switch as Desired
