Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movements to match your current fitness level. The back squats will have to be cleaned from the floor or get someone to help get it to the back rack position. The broad jumps are to be performed into full squat depth with hands behind your head. Once you've reached 30m in the broad jump, start your run to the 200m mark and back. Goblet squats and ring dips cannot be partitioned out if you wish to receive an Rx.  LII pause squats are a 3 second count in the bottom of the back squat before you explode out to full extension. L II may do the broad jumps inside the gym.
