Complete the following exercises with the corresponding rules to go with them:
100 Calorie Row – One person Rows, while the other person hold KB in front rack position (L1 2 @ 35# / 2 @ 26# L2 2@ 53#/ 2 @ 35#)
100 Hang Power Cleans – One person does the cleans ( L1 95#/65# L2 135#/95#), while the other person hangs from the pull up bar.
100 Burpees – One person does the burpees, while the other person does GHD hip extension holds at parallel.
100 Toes to Bar – One person does the T2B, while the other holds a plank position.
These can be performed in any order and in any rep scheme.
