Partner Workout

As a team of 2, row 5,000m’s on the Rower.  Switch partners rowing as desired.  While one partner is rowing, the other person performs an AMRAP.  There are 5 different AMRAP’s.  Your team will move to a different AMRAP every 1000m’s.

1st 1000m’s – AMRAP of:  15 Med Ball Cleans  20#/14#  + 10 Power Step Ups  20″/16″
2nd 1000m’s – AMRAP of: 35 Double Unders + 6 Burpees
3rd 1000m’s – AMRAP of: 10 DB Thrusters  35#/25# + 10 Pull Ups
4th 1000m’s – AMRAP of: 15 Deadlifts 135#/95# + 15 GHD Sit Ups
5th 1000m’s – AMRAP of: 10 Deck Squats  25#/15# + 1 Gasser
Post time and total completed rounds.
