In teams of two, complete the following:

3 Rounds
15 Med Ball Cleans  30#/20#
5 Burpees
* One person does a full round, while the other rests.  3 rounds each.

6 Gassers
* One person runs, while the other rests. 6 gassers each.

1500m Row
* Switch every 250m’s.

600m Farmer’s Walk  2 @ 53#/2 @ 35#
* Both partners walk together, with only one person carrying the KB’s.
