Partner Workout
In teams of two, complete the following:

100 Calories on Assault Bike
100 KB Front Rack Step Ups  2 @ 35#/2 @ 26#
* One person works at a time.  Partition work as desired.
1 Mile Run
* Each partner runs 800m.  200m at a time. You go, I go style.
20 Sled Pushes  135#/90#
100 Burpees
* Only one person pushes sled at a time, but one person can do Burpees while partner pushes sled.
