In teams of 2, complete the following:
100 Tire Push Away   250#/200#
100 Deck Squats  25#/15#
50 Synchronized Pull Ups
50 Synchronized GHD Sit Ups
200m Partner Carry  * Each must complete 100m carrying the other.
200 Double Unders
* One person works at a time on Deck Squats and DU’s.  Perform in any order and any rep scheme.
