On the minute:

First minute do 1 sit up, second minute do 2 sit ups and so on until you cannot finish the prescribed number of sit ups for that minute.

Then.

"Death By Double Under"

On the minute:

First minute do 5 double unders, second minute do 10 double unders, third minute do 15 and so on until you cannot finish the prescribed number of double unders for that minute.

Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movements to match your current fitness level.  The first 2 workouts can be part of the warm up for the benchmark workouts.  We will allow anchored feet for the sit ups for this workout, as this allows for faster sit ups.  The first 5 minutes of these workouts are going to be rather boring, but don't be fooled in to thinking that they're going to be easy.  The double unders do not have to be unbroken, but it sure does help if they are. "Amanda" will not have the Games standards for our workouts when it comes to thumb turnout in the muscle ups and the fashion in which you do your snatch.
