This is The First Week of The CrossFit Open. For Those In our “In House” Open Competition  We Will Post The Open Workout For That Week Every Friday. Your Open Workouts Will be Counted and Judged. If You Are Unable to Do The Open Workout On a Friday Let One of Your Coaches Know What Day You Will Do The Workout On. This is Still a Competition With Prizes to Be Won So Go Out and Crush the Open Workouts, But Most Importantly HAVE FUN WITH IT!
