*Partner A runs 400M….meanwhile Partner B is doing as many rounds of the BB complex as possible; when partner comes back from the run, switch and pick up where your partner left off. Run is not included in rep count.

30 Lateral Burpee Hops over Partner (Partner holds a forearm plank)

*Both partners run together.  Then one person works at a time on the exercises. Reps are accumulated between the 2 partners.
