In teams of two, complete the following:

P1 20 Wall Ball  20#/14# + 5 Burpees
P2 15/12 Calories on Assault Bike
* Do not switch until both tasks are completed.

P1 20 KB Swings  53#/35# + 12 GHD Sit Ups
P2 Handstand Hold
* All work must be done while partner holds Handstand.

400m Fireman’s Carry
* Each partner must do a minimum of 100m carry.
