In teams of three, complete the following:

AMRAP in 12 minutes

Thrusters  95#/65#
Pull Ups
* One person works at a time.  Cycle through the workout sharing in the workload.  Each person must perform a minimum of 10 reps per round. There are 90 reps per round.

25 Double Unders
10 Toes to Bar
5 Power Snatches
* Same as workout above.

15 Calorie Row
15 Calories on Assault Bike
15 Burpees
* Same as workout above.
