Important Notice:  The Noon class is now offered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  Sorry for any inconvenience.  Also, the Christmas week class schedule will see a change on Friday, the 24th and Saturday, the 25th.  Friday will have a 8:30 class only, where we will have the annual “Twelve Days of Christmas” workout.  That will be the only class of the day.  It’s a great time!  Saturday, Christmas Day, we are closed.
