CrossFit Invictus' CrossFit Games bound athletes came by on Saturday for a team workout with a few of our athletes to get prepared for the Games.  C.J.Martin and crew put up a very strong showing during the Open Competition and ran away with the title at the Regionals last month.  We wish you all the best in two weeks in both the team competition and in the individual competition.  Go get 'em.
