The Story of CFEC's Big Men

As many of you may know, Teshina's husband, Dusty, has lost a lot of weight.  He has embraced doing the conditioning portion of the CFEC programming and not just do the strength training portion to help lose a great deal of his weight.  He has benefited by his choice so much that he has often scored some of the fastest times on some of the daily workouts.  What Dusty didn't realize, until recently, is that he has inspired some of our other members as well.  Sara's husband, Joe, has been so inspired by Dusty's progress that Joe has re-dedicated himself to both diet and training so much that he has started to see drastic changes in his appearance.  Joe is down 55-60 pounds since upping his CrossFit workouts. Now that Joe has shown such great success in his CFEC journey, he has inspired his friend Robert to take up CrossFit.  Robert has made remarkable progress since he began doing CrossFit.  Although Robert hasn't weighed himself in quite a while, you can't help but notice the amount of weight Robert has lost.  I would venture to say he has lost 80-90 pounds since starting at CFEC.  The best part about Robert's story is that he has made changes in MANY aspects of his life to live a healthier life.  Iam very proud of all three of you guys.  I hope the chain of inspiration you three have started goes unbroken for a very long time.  Keep up the good work.
