Body Weight X 20 Overhead Squats

30 Double Unders

Post row time, OHS weight, reps and time.

Coaching Tips: The 500m row is a max effort.  Try to set a new PR today.  For the 2nd part of the workout you will multiply your body weight by 20, then determine what weight you can overhead squat for reps, and do that many reps.  Each time you drop the bar you will do 50 Double Unders. For example:  I weigh 125, multiply that by 20 equals 2500 lbs.  If I decide to overhead squat 73#, I will have to do so 34 times.  If I can only do 10 reps at a time, I will end up doing double unders 3 times.
