Notice: Next Saturday, March 30th at 10:30 am, we will be celebrating the end of the CrossFit Games Open season with a BBQ at the gym. Our resident chef, Aaron, will be BBQing some of his specialties for all to enjoy. Make plans to attend and share in the fun celebrating the end of the torture that the Open was.
