Reminder: Our class schedule for Monday, Memorial Day, will be a 9:00 a.m. and a 10:00 a.m. class only.  We will hold regularly scheduled classes on Tuesday.  Also, Friday, the 31st, we will be holding an Olympic Weightlifting clinic.  The cost is FREE and everyone is welcome to attend.  Get some helpful hints to improve on your Clean & Jerks and Snatch.
