2nd Base – 15 Burpees
3rd Base – 20 Wall Ball 20#/14#
Home Plate – 15 Calories on Rower

Rules:  Once a player has completes all reps at each base, including the calories on rower, that player has scored a “Run.”  The team with the most runs scored at the end of 25 minutes, wins.  Game should be played with teams of three players.
