Regional Update:  CFEC is sitting in 13th place after day 1.  We had a less than great first workout, but our team fought back with solid workouts in event 2 and 3.  Their first workout Saturday will be around 9:20.  Zach is sitting in 23rd place.  He, too, bounced back after a early slip in the handstand walk workout.  Thank you all who came out on Friday.  We had a great time.  Please, come join us for the rest of the weekend at the Del Mar Arena.  It looks to be very competitive.
