Reminder:  Because of the 2014 CrossFit Games SoCal Regionals, we will only have classes at 5:15, 8:00 and 9:00 on Friday.  There will be a regular class schedule on Saturday, but NO classes Sunday.  Monday is Memorial Day, so we will have our last class at 10:00.  The class will be followed by a CFEC Memorial Day BBQ.
