Barbell carry for 1 mile (L1: 95#/63#; L2: 135#/93#)

30 Manmakers/womanmakers (L1: 95#/63#; L2 135#/93#)

 

Partners perform the barbell carry together and may either do farmer walk style or up on the shoulders.  Once back inside, one person works at a time to complete 30 man/womanmakers.

 

1 man/womanmaker = 1 burpee on the bar, 1 bent over row, 1 squat clean thruster, 2      front rack lunges.
