Sit Ups and Double Unders
1 minute rest
Squats and Box Jumps 24″/20″
1 minute rest
Push Ups and KB Swings 53#/35#
Do 20 seconds of work at the first exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, then 20 seconds of work at the second exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, that equals 1 round.  Continue with the same two exercises for 8 total rounds. After a one minute rest move to the next set of couplets, repeat, then finish with the final set.
Post total reps for each couplet.
