Coaching Tips: Scale load and movement to match your current fitness level. Both team mates must do the farmer walk and the row. The first round of row/ walks will probably take close to the same amount of time. However, the second and third rounds are where you get the highest number of reps of pull ups and burpees. For example, when you are done doing the 500m row in the second round, you'll try to get as many pull ups in before your partner returns from the farmer walk. Then you will switch with your partner and do the walk.
