Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movement to match your current fitness level.  Get a good and proper warm-up prior to your 5 X 5 Back Squat.  You should know your 1 RM for this lift, multiply it by .75-.80 to get the weight you will be using for all 5 sets.  Try to add the weight in equal increments as you perform your warm-up sets.  You should be able to get to the desired weight in 4-5 increases.
