Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movement to match your current fitness level.  This workout is to be completed in teams of 4 with one person working at a time while one person is running and the other two are resting.  All 100 reps of each exercise must be completed before moving on to the next movement.  When the run is completed, 2 team members may work at the same time while the other 2 rest, but only after the 3000 meters of running is complete.
