ANNOUNCEMENT: On this date, 6 years ago, I found out what CrossFit was and introduced a CrossFit workout to my clients of my gym, then called, La Mesa Workout.  From that workout, we came to understand what CrossFit was and adopted it as our main methodology for attaining elite fitness.  So, to those of you who were there for that first workout, Happy Anniversary.  For those of you that have joined us on our journey, we are glad you are here now.  The above photo was taken at the L1 certification that Lisa and I attended in December 2007.  It was posted on the CrossFit main webs site page that month.
