Reminder:  Because of the CrossFit Games SoCal Regionals this weekend, we will have a modified class schedule Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  We will have a 5:15 a.m. class on Friday, as well as an 8:00 and 9:00 class, only.  Saturday, we will have an 8:00 and 9:00 class, as usual.  There will be NO classes on Sunday.  Also, make sure you make plans to come out to Del Mar and support your fellow CFEC athletes ( Zach Baker, Briley Ochs, Kayli Wagner, Teshina DeBoer, Joe Craig, Kyle Lucena and Tyler Rodems) compete for a shot at the Games in July.
