2 Person workout, one completes the exercises while the other holds the barbell overhead.  Switch as often as you’d like, but no work can be performed without the barbell held overhead.
Each person must perform:
75 Wall Ball  20#/14#
50 Box Jumps
50 Burpees
75 Pull Ups
Barbell:  115#/75#
