Good luck to Carolyn Frank and Jennifer Nard, who are competing in The Festivus Games, being held at CrossFit Outlier today.  Their heats are around 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.  If you are in the area, stop by and cheer them on.

 

Also, next Saturday is CFEC’s Gymnastics Clinic.  It goes from 10:00 a.m. until noon.  Make sure you make this very informative clinic, lead by Coach Terry and former elite gymnast, Anthony Blando.
