Great group of people right here. The CFEC Masters Conditioning Class is offered to those individuals 55 years and older. It meets Monday – Wednesday – Friday at 9 o’clock. If you’ve got a parent or grandparent who needs to start an exercise program to stay healthy and functional, this is the class for them.
