Coaching Tips: Warm up properly prior to any max load lift attempts. Work to a heavy single for the day. Once form deteriorates, do not increase load. Pay close attention to all parts of this complicated move. The second workout will not take that long, so try not to pace yourself through it. Go all out. Women only have to perform 20 push ups.
