Coaching Tips: Your chest must physically touch the bar on the burpee portion of each rep.  Keep the bar under your chest, not in front of your shoulders, this will give you more control so that you do not push the bar away from you.  As always, keep you knees off of the ground on your burpees.  You may do a burpee thruster for the burpee squat clean and jerk. Try to get through each round unbroken and keep your rests short.
