Post max thrusters per round and weight used.

Coaching Tips:  Scale load and movement to match your current fitness level.  Multiply your current body weight by .66 to determine the weight you should be using.  The thrusters should be heavy but you will need to be able to clean it from the ground, so scale accordingly.  For the max thrusters, once the bar is racked, it can not touch the ground again.  When it does that will end that attempt at the max thrusters for that round.  You can hold the bar in the racked position on your shoulders while standing and catching your breath before more thruster attempts.  Once the bar hits the ground, move on to your 10 burpees, then 30 seconds as hard as you can on the AirDyne.  There will be a 3 minute rest between all rounds.
